The blood red race transporter of Maranello Concessionaires was a common site in the paddock of top level sports car races across Europe. Naturally, the team raced only the blood red racers from Maranello, but race attendees could typically recognize the British-run cars by their light blue stripe that often flared out across the nose.
Being an official importer, Maranello Concessionaires did, of course, have a direct line to Maranello and with factory support their cars were as well prepared as those of any other team. The result was an impressive race record. The team competed in a variety of classes, running competition versions of the 275 GTB and 365 GTB/4 Daytona to full-on sports racing prototypes like the 365P and 512S and 512M!
