Q - What are Exoto's Conditions of Sale?
A - All sales, pre-orders, deposits, etc., are final. Absolutely, no cash refunds.

Merchandise exchanges or returns must be first authorized by our Customer Service department within 5 business days of receipt. Absolutely no merchandise will be exchanged or accepted back without a return authorization number, or after said grace period. Store credit only will be given on returns, cancellations of orders, or pre-orders. Absolutely No Cash Refunds. Exchanges and returns are conditional on merchandise, including all hardware (product) and printed matter being returned unused, in original packaging.

Absolutely no returns and/or cancellations on special orders, and custom made items. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged for returned or canceled orders. These conditions apply to all orders, pre-orders, and deposits.
